• "When Black is Red" - DVD.   • A range of educative toys with images from paintings of Johann Walter was created in November 2009. The toys: educative task sheets, cards for colouring, dolls, perfumed sachets and a puzzle can be seen and acquired at the Latvian National Museum of Art during the exhibition "Johann Walter 1869-1932".
  • Participation at the 2-nd International Colloquium "Motivation (For) Innovation And Creativity Of Youth (MICY)", Slovenia, Ljubljana, October 14 - 17, 2009. Supported by the State Culture Capital Foundation and Lifelong learning programme of European Union Comenius.
  • „Pedvāle drawing notebook” is a project in co-operation with the Pedvale Open Air Museum. Art Education Centre THREE COLOURS in July, 2009 has published a book of drawing exercises for children. It includes creative tasks for studying works of art at the Pedvale Open Air Art museum. The short descriptions and tasks will guide both children and adults in the understanding of the works of art. The book of exercises, full of drawings an notes, will preserve memories about a day spent in Pedvale. Supported by the State Culture Capital Foundation.
  • "A Plain Air Quest For New Ideas". An outdoor art workshop (plain air) for teachers of fine art took place in Bolderaja from 29 June to 2 July, 2009. The aim of the plain air was to seek new outlets for creative visual arts activities in nature and man-made environment. The sessions were led by Inga Meldere, Vilnis Heinrihsons and Laura Feldberga.   • Implementation of the national procurement further education programme "Implementation of knowledge-seeking activity, independence and creativity promoting process of learning in visual arts within general education". 175 teachers took part in a 12 hour course in Riga, Cesis, Rezekne and Liepaja (June 2009).   • "Methodology of painting in audiovisual format" - a project has been started in the end of 2008. Within the course of the project it is envisaged to develop a methodological DVD material for colour teaching. Please check this link for photos from the project seminars "When Black is Red".   • "Plain Air - a site for new ideas" was a session for art educators in Liepaja on 11-14 August 2008. The aim of the workshop was to study creative tasks linked to contemporary art developments which can be implemented in nature and culture environment.   • „Pedvāle notebooks” is a project in co-operation with the Pedvale Open Air Museum, which was started in spring 2008. The project aims to develop notebooks with interesting tasks for exploring contemporary art objects that can be carried out of the museum environment.   • Implementation of the national procurement further education programme "Professional further education for teachers of visual arts for the implementation of content of education in general secondary education and primary education". 300 teachers took part in a 36 hour course in Riga, Valmiera, Liepaja, Talsi, Rezekne, Aizkraukle and  Preili (June - October 2007).   • Climate Change poster competition project (March - October 2007) in cooperation with the British Embassy and Latvian government agency "Vides projekti". The main idea of project is to raise local public awareness about the problem of climate change through a poster competition for artists and art students. The outcome of the competition is a poster exhibition in a shopping mall "Spice" and Riga City Council. Photos.

  • Education project within the framework of the exhibition NATURE.ENVIRONMENT. MAN 2004 (2004). Supported by Riga City Council.

    Nature.Environment.Man. In Latvia - in Europe is a competition of drawings within the framework of the exhibition. Children and youngsters by their works try to presents answers to questions that are asked by authors of the exhibition NATURE.ENVIRONMENT.MAN.2004. The questions are like "Why cannot I get to the coast of the sea or the lake - Forbidden signs everywhere?" (Andris Vitolins), "Can one be happy regardless of the circumstances without becoming an idiot?" (Evelina Deicmane), etc.

  • Meet Mark Rothko! An education project, marking the centennary of the painter Mark Rothko (2003 - 2004). The supporters of the project are the Culture Capital Foundation and the US Government.

    The aim of the project is to introduce the teachers and students in Latvia to Mark Rothko. An element of the project is an educational game. Other elements were seminars for art teachers and a photo exhibition at the State Art Museum, as well as an exhibition of reproductions of works by Mark Rothko and his contemporaries  at Riga Art School.

  • The Education Section of the Virtual Museum of the Contemporary Art Centre (2002 - 2004).

    The Education Section of the Virtual Museum displays interactive games about contemporary art and artists. The game introduces the viewer to the works of Aija Zarina, Andris Breze, Sarmite Malina, Olegs Tillbergs, Gints Gabrans, Solveiga Vasiljeva and other artists http://www.camp.lv/eng/speles/.

  • Museum education programme at art museums and exhibitions (from 1994). The aim of the project is to make visits to museums interesting for the general public, in particular for children and young people, as well as to establish co-operation between culture and education sectors. Multiple educational activities are offered in museums and institutions.
